We complete Verified editorial review within 24 hours after we receive both the submission and successful payment.
What if my tool doesn't meet the review criteria?
Our editors review every submission. Verified Listings receive a full refund if our editors reject them. Fast Listing refunds are available within 7 days of purchase only before review, approval, or publication. Common reasons for decline include NSFW content, broken demos, tools that aren't actually AI-powered, or landing pages with no working product.
Can I upgrade from Fast to Verified later?
Yes. Email support@toolworthy.ai from the same address you used to submit. The upgrade fee is the price difference ($50 when upgrading Fast → Verified).
What's your refund policy?
Fast Listing refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, before the submission has been reviewed, approved, or published. Verified Listings receive a full refund if our editors reject them; once approved, they are non-refundable. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
How long until my tool is actually live and visible to users?
Fast submissions receive priority editorial review without a published completion-time SLA. We complete Verified editorial review within 24 hours after we receive both the submission and successful payment. Approved tools are published after review, and you'll get a confirmation email with a direct link to your listing page.
