What if my tool doesn't meet the review criteria?
Our editors review every submission. If we decline, you receive a full refund within 7 days. Common reasons for decline: NSFW content, broken demos, tools that aren't actually AI-powered, or pure landing pages with no working product.
Can I upgrade from Fast to Verified later?
Yes. Email support@toolworthy.ai from the same address you used to submit. The upgrade fee is the price difference ($50 when upgrading Fast → Verified).
What's your refund policy?
Full refund if we decline your submission. If your tool is approved and listed but you're unsatisfied within 7 days, full refund too. After that, the listing stays permanent and the fee is non-refundable.
How long until my tool is actually live and visible to users?
Most submissions are reviewed within 24 hours for Verified Listing ($99) or 24–48 hours for Fast Listing ($49). Approved tools are published after review, and you'll get a confirmation email with a direct link to your listing page.
